Mike Hillerman

Mike has created and led multiple successful private equity backed midstream companies, most recently as the Chief Operating Officer at Pinnacle Midstream I and II. He has more than 25 years of experience in the engineering, construction and operation of midstream, downstream and power generation assets, including multiple natural gas gathering systems, processing plants, crude oil gathering, storage and transport systems, as well as associated power generation facilities. Prior to joining Pinnacle, he was VP of Engineering and Operations at PSI Midstream. He started his career with ExxonMobil, where he developed and executed multiple large-scale capital projects in addition to holding several assignments in operations.
Mike graduated from the University of Missouri at Rolla and holds a BS in Chemical Engineering.

Mike Mayon has more than 20 years of experience investing in energy and infrastructure. Most recently, Mike served as a Managing Partner and Investment Committee Member at Energy Spectrum Capital where he led investment strategy, business development, transaction execution and portfolio management - deploying over $1.0 billion in equity across more than 15 portfolio companies. Throughout his career, Mike has provided strategic guidance to successfully navigate companies through complex market dynamics, including major economic cycles and commodity price disruptions. Mike’s earlier roles include positions at Cyprium Partners, a middle-market private equity firm investing across the capital structure, and Banc of America Securities, where he advised clients across the energy value chain.
Mike holds a BA in Biological Sciences and a BBA in Financial Consulting from Southern Methodist University and an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
